Doppler makes a copy of your voice and lets it speak on your behalf. That deserves to be explained properly rather than buried, so this is all of it on one page.

Doppler builds you a digital business card with an AI twin attached. You tell it about yourself, it records your voice, and it answers questions from what you have given it.
Everything you put in stays yours — your name, your business, what you said in the interview, the recordings, and the answers your twin gives. We store and serve it so the card works. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anyone else’s model.
The software, the design and the Doppler name. Your card lives at a URL we host; if you stop using Doppler, the card stops being served.
You can pause or unpublish your own card at any time from your studio. We can also remove a card that breaks the rules below, and we will say why. A removed card stops being served immediately.
The twin is generated software. It answers from what you gave it and is told to say it does not know rather than guess, but it can still get something wrong or word it badly. Check what your card says before you hand it to anyone. Doppler is provided as it is, without warranty, and we are not liable for what your twin says on your behalf — you are, exactly as you would be for anything else printed with your name on it.
While Doppler is in early access there is nothing to pay and no commitment. If that changes you will be told before it applies to you, not after.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The short version: we collect what is needed to build and run your card, we use a handful of named suppliers to do it, and you can have all of it deleted by asking.
They process it on our instructions to run the product. Nobody else gets it, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Someone who opens your card does not need an account and is not tracked across the web. We keep the question they asked and a hashed IP. That is all.
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including your voiceprint. Email dale@ruxley.systems and we will do it. Deleting your card deletes the recordings, the voiceprint and the generated audio with it.
One rule matters more than the rest.
You may only make a card that speaks in your own voice, or in a voice you have documented permission to use. Cloning someone else’s voice without their agreement — a colleague, a celebrity, anyone — is not allowed here. It breaches our supplier’s rules, and in the UK it can also amount to passing off, false endorsement, and unlawful processing of someone’s biometric data. If you would rather your card did not sound like you, use one of the studio voices instead.
No cards impersonating a real person or a business you have nothing to do with.
No invented reviews, credentials, qualifications or endorsements. Your twin will refuse to invent facts; do not put them in its context window either.
Nothing illegal, nothing that harasses or threatens, no sexual content, no material aimed at children, nothing hateful. Nothing that would embarrass a stranger who scanned your card expecting a business.
We pause or remove the card and tell you why. Do it deliberately and you lose the account. If you think we have got it wrong, email us and a person will look at it.
